There is a product that has been on the market for a little over a year now named Artisteer.

It is a layout and skin/container designer for many different portal and web applications on the market.  I am watching this one very closely as it has huge potential for my DotNetNuke sites. 

I have been looking around for a product like this for quite sometime now and this one is the first I have seen that has real potential. The limitations for me at the moment are as follows:

- No vertical menu's
- Naming conventions for panes
- Amount of panes
- Menu functionality, specifically hidden tabs

Once these are resolved, they will have a news customer.  If you are not worried about vertical menu's or hidden tab's, then this product is ready to go and I would seriously advise that you download the trial copy and give it a try.  The trial copy allows the complete functionality, and complete generation of DNN skins and containers, with watermarks across the images.  Be sure to read the instructions for use with DNN.
